PSALM officials and employees together with the representatives of SPC Power Corporation (SPC) and the Commission on Audit after the successful closing of sale and turnover ceremony of Power Barge 104 on 30 June 2016.
PSALM turns-over the symbolical key to SPC President and Chief Executive Officer, Dennis T. Villareal, which signals that the operational and management responsibilities nd duties for Power Barge 104 are now transferred to the new owner.
