The members of the energy family from the Department of Energy, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines, the National Power Corporation, the National Electrification Administration, the Energy Regulatory Commission, and PSALM pose for posterity during the launch of the Universal Levy Administration System (ULAS) held at the PSALM offices on 16 December 2009. A Web-based tool developed by PSALM, the ULAS is designed to resolve the problems encountered by distribution utilities in complying with the reportorial requirements of PSALM in the collection and remittance of the Universal Charge.
