The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation last Friday, 12 February 2010, conducted a forum for the privatization of the Angat hydroelectric power plant where the structure and pertinent provisions of the sale of the facility were discussed. Resource speakers from concerned government agencies were on hand to provide a broader understanding of the Angat privatization process to the participants that included representatives from the local government units, consumer groups, and other stakeholders.
