PSALM is mandated to manage the efficient and orderly sale, disposition, and privatization of the National Power Corporation’s generation assets, transmission business, real estate and other disposable assets, and independent power producer contracts and to liquidate all its financial obligations and stranded contract costs in an optimal manner.

PSALM is committed to the consistent application of quality management principles and techniques that meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
